As a production planner you organize production according to demand and quality standards.
You’re the one who ensures our goods are assembled on time for distribution
Your goal is to ensure the smooth and cost-efficient flow of our production operations in association with or other departments (Testing, assembly, material handling & logistics, purchasing & engineering)
You are responsible for
the follow-up between different departments with focus on
the production activities.
Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand in consultation with the Staff Employees and Production Manager

  • An excellent production planner is well-versed in production procedures and ways to optimize them. They are organized and results-driven with great problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced communication and computer skills are very useful for the role
  • Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles. W
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (MS-Project, SAP) – Extra education is planned during start-up 
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills – quality driven 
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Good knowledge of French (speaking) and English (writing & speaking)
  • Notes of German language is a bonus
  • Experience in production environments is strongly recommended
